What is Relupa?
A marketplace in Syria for buying and selling second-hand items, from cars and heavy equipment to appliances, furniture and solar panels.
When can I start using it?
Soon. Join the waitlist on our home page and we will tell you the day Relupa opens.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. The code is valid for 90 seconds.
What happens if I enter the wrong code?
After 3 wrong codes, the number is locked for 1 hour. If it happens again, the lock lasts 24 hours, and after that 30 days each time.
How do I know a seller is genuine?
Sellers verify their identity before they can sell, and you can see their ratings from other buyers.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes. Send an offer in the chat. The seller can accept, decline or counter.
What is the handover code?
A code in your order. When you collect in person, you give it to the seller only after you have checked the item and have it in your hands.
What if the item is not as described?
Report a problem from your order within 3 days of receiving it, with photos. Our team reviews both sides and decides.
How do auctions work?
You place bids above the current bid until the auction ends. A bid is a commitment to buy if you win.
Who can sell wholesale?
Only businesses verified by Relupa. Anyone can buy from wholesale listings.
Does Relupa charge a fee?
Sellers pay a commission on completed sales. They see it in the app before they publish a listing.
Is Relupa in Arabic?
Yes. The app works fully in Arabic and English, and you can switch at any time.
How do I get help?
In the app, the assistant answers common questions and passes you to a member of our support team when needed. Before launch, use our contact form.
