Verified identities
Sellers verify their ID before they can sell. The name on the account must match the ID, and names cannot be changed without a review.
Listing review and reports
Our team reviews listings and acts on reports from buyers and sellers.
Block and report in the chat
If someone behaves badly in a conversation, block them and report it from the chat.
Handover code
The handover code confirms that the buyer has the item, and records when it happened.
Ratings and reviews
Buyers rate sellers after an order, so everyone can see a track record.
Account security
Sign-in codes expire after 90 seconds. Three wrong codes lock the number for a while, and repeated lockouts last longer.

Good habits for every deal
- Keep your conversations and offers inside the app, so there is a record.
- Meet in a public place for pickups when you can, and bring someone with you for large items.
- Check the item before you give the seller your handover code.
- Never share your SMS sign-in code with anyone.
Relupa will never ask for your sign-in code. Not by phone, message or email. If someone asks, it is not us.
